Terms and Conditions
Formation of Agreement
By registering an account with Betnjet or by placing any wager, you enter into a binding legal contract with us on these terms. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the terms may be amended from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a notice on our website, but your continued use of the service after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
The contract is formed the moment you complete the registration process or place your first bet. You must ensure that you have read and understood these terms before proceeding. If you do not agree with any provision, you are not permitted to register or place wagers. Our acceptance of your registration is conditional upon your compliance with every rule outlined herein.
We reserve the right to vary these terms at our discretion, provided that such variation does not materially disadvantage the customer without adequate notice. Should you continue to play after the new terms are published, you agree to be bound by them. Any dispute regarding the formation or validity of this agreement will be resolved in accordance with the governing law specified in the liability section.
You acknowledge that these terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator. No other communication, whether oral or written, shall modify these terms unless expressly agreed in writing by both parties. This ensures clarity and consistency in our contractual relationship, protecting both your interests and ours from ambiguity.
Who May Register
To hold an account, you must meet strict eligibility criteria designed to comply with regulatory standards. You must be at least the statutory minimum age for gambling in your country of residence. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where we are licensed to operate services. Registration is only permitted on your own behalf; acting for another person is strictly prohibited.
You must not be self-excluded under any scheme or otherwise barred from participating in gambling activities. If you register while ineligible, any winnings you accumulate will be forfeited. We reserve the right to close your account immediately and retain any bonus funds. Failure to meet these criteria does not invalidate your legal capacity to contract, but it does breach our terms.
Eligibility Requirements
| Requirement | Detail |
|---|---|
| Age | 18+ or 21+ depending on jurisdiction |
| Residency | Permitted jurisdiction only |
| Account Type | Individual or sole trader only |
| Exclusion Status | Not self-excluded or banned |
The minimum age for gambling varies by territory. In the United Kingdom, you must be at least 18 years old. In some other jurisdictions, the legal limit may be higher. Please verify your local laws before registering. Our system will prevent registration if you declare an age below the required threshold.
Account Obligations
You are permitted to hold only one personal account with us. Creating multiple accounts under different identities or using another person's details is a serious breach of our terms. This rule applies to you, your household, and your network of devices. We may suspend any duplicate accounts and confiscate funds found therein.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. It is your responsibility to keep these details current if your name or address changes. You are liable for all activity conducted under your username and password. If you share your credentials, you remain fully responsible for any losses incurred.
Account Rules Summary
| Rule | What it means |
|---|---|
| Single Account | No duplicates for household members |
| Accuracy | Truthful personal data required |
| Security | Keep credentials private |
| No Transfer | Cannot sell or gift account |
The prohibition on transfer ensures that accounts are linked to a single verified individual. We do not allow accounts to be sold, gifted, or transferred to another person. This maintains the integrity of our verification processes. Violating this rule allows us to close the account without refund.
Identity Verification
We are legally required to verify your identity before we can release any funds to you. This process involves submitting valid documentation such as a passport or driving license and proof of address. You must provide these documents in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe to maintain account integrity. If you fail to cooperate, we are entitled to restrict your account access immediately.
Withdrawals will be withheld until verification is complete and approved by our compliance team. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement that applies to all customers without exception. We may request additional information if the initial documents are insufficient or unclear in any way. Persistent failure to verify your identity may result in the closure of your account permanently.
In the event of closure due to non-verification, we will refund your deposited balance promptly. Any bonus funds or winnings generated prior to verification will be forfeited in full. This reflects the strict regulatory environment in which we operate under UK licensing rules. You must understand that this is not optional if you wish to withdraw money successfully.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits must be made using a method registered in your own name exclusively. We do not accept third-party payments or funds from shared accounts under any circumstances. This prevents money laundering and ensures that the source of funds is clear and traceable. You may deposit using Visa, Mastercard, Sofort, Revolut, Google Pay, Apple Pay, MiFinity, Jeton, Bank Transfer, Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin, Solana, Dogecoin, Cardano, USDC, Tron and Ripple with a minimum requirement of £20 for processing.
Withdrawals are ordinarily returned to the same method used for the deposit transaction. If a return is not possible, we will process the withdrawal via Bank Transfer and Skrill as an alternative. We do not extend credit or loans to any customer under any conditions. All transactions are subject to processing times and bank delays which are beyond our control.
An account is considered dormant if there is no activity for a prolonged period of time. After 12 months of inactivity, we may charge a small administrative fee monthly. This ensures that the account balance remains current and accurate for record-keeping purposes. You should contact our support team if you intend to resume activity after a long absence.
Bonus Terms
Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which supplement these general rules. A bonus fund remains the property of Betnjet until all wagering requirements are met completely. You are not entitled to withdraw bonus funds until the stipulated turnover is achieved in full. Any attempt to withdraw before clearing requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and winnings.
Irregular play designed solely to clear a requirement is considered abuse of the promotion system. We monitor stake patterns and game selection to detect such behaviour across all players. If a pattern is identified, we reserve the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings. This protects the integrity of the game and prevents exploitation of promotional offers.
Coordinated claiming across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited under all circumstances. You may not participate in a promotion using more than one account, even if they are separate households. The £500 is a one-time offer per customer and cannot be reused. Violation of this rule leads to immediate suspension of all related accounts permanently.
System Errors and Suspension
If a technical malfunction causes an obvious error, such as a mispriced market or a display error, we reserve the right to void all affected wagers. This includes any bets placed as a result of the error or system fault. You will be refunded the stake, but no winnings will be paid to you. This protects the operator from catastrophic financial loss due to system faults or glitches.
We may suspend your account at any time if we suspect fraud or a breach of terms. This is a precautionary measure to prevent further activity while an investigation takes place. During suspension, no withdrawals or deposits can be made from your account. Once the investigation concludes, we will restore the account or close it permanently.
You retain the right to close your own account at any time during the contract period. This is a voluntary closure and does not affect your rights to a refund of the remaining balance. If you close your account, all pending bonuses will be forfeited immediately. We will process the withdrawal request within the standard timeframe provided.
Liability and Law
We limit our liability to the amount of your deposit or the value of the service provided. We do not accept responsibility for indirect or consequential losses under any circumstances. This exclusion is drafted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. We remain liable for death or personal injury caused by our negligence always.
If you have a complaint, you should raise it with our support team via the contacts page. We aim to resolve disputes informally and quickly with customer satisfaction in mind. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to an independent adjudicator. This ensures a fair and impartial resolution process for both parties involved.
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales exclusively. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of England and Wales only. We may sever any provision found to be unenforceable without affecting the remainder of the agreement. This maintains the stability of the contract even if a single clause is struck down.
